Happy Easter

The Gates family spent Easter at the Boudreau house and Jack enjoyed the Easter egg hunt the best. This is the last big family outing for awhile as they are expecting Kate to arrive soon. Jack's enjoying a lot of one on one time with his parents since he's been on Spring Break.

Cheryl's Baby Shower

On February 16th Cheryl's mom Mary and sister Kim threw a beautiful baby shower at the La Mesa Souplantation. Cheryl was joined by lots of friends and family all eager to help welcome Baby Kate. After a wonderful luncheon and delicious cake we played an exciting round of LCR! Cheryl wrapped up the shower by opening her mountain of gifts. Baby Kate will be one happy girl when she sees her new outfits and shoes. What girl wouldn't be happy with clothes and shoes??? She also got a lot of books, blankets, toys, and other much needed baby gear!

Welcome to our Blog!

With Baby Kate due anyday (but hopefully after March 31st) we will soon be very busy with the care and raising of two children. We know that our friends and family are excited to meet Kate when she arrives but due to her heart condition it will be a little while before she can be formally introduced. Until then we hope you will take time to check in with us here and see how we are all doing. While we wait for her big arrival come back soon and look back at some of the exciting things we've done in the past few weeks.
